By accessing or using Hero Forge ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hero Forge.
Hero Forge is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
