How to Delete Your Account

You can request complete deletion of your Hero Forge account and all associated data using either method below:

Option 1: Delete from the App

  1. Open the Hero Forge app on your device
  2. Tap the Google/Account menu (top-right corner)
  3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Option 2: Request by Email

What Data Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

Account profile (name, email) Deleted Immediately
Character library & saved creations Deleted Immediately
Cloud-synced settings & preferences Deleted Immediately
Generated images & wallpapers Deleted Within 30 days
Gen Token balance & purchase records Deleted Immediately
Analytics & crash data Retained anonymized Up to 14 months*
Google Play purchase receipts Retained by Google Per Google's policy

* Analytics data is automatically anonymized and cannot be linked back to your account after deletion. It is retained by Firebase Analytics per Google's standard retention period.

⚠️ Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your saved characters, artifacts, banners, Gen Tokens, and cloud data will be permanently lost. Please download or export any content you wish to keep before requesting deletion.
💡 Note about purchases: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel any active subscriptions. Please manage your subscriptions through Google Play Store → Subscriptions before deleting your account. Past purchase receipts are retained by Google Play and RevenueCat as required by financial regulations.
